By making lifestyle changes, you can prevent or delay type 2 diabetes.

Attend our class to learn lifestyle strategies that can reduce your chances of developing type 2 diabetes.

This FREE class is designed for those with pre-diabetes or at-risk for developing type 2 diabetes. It is offered monthly and is facility by a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator.
