The flowing movements of T’ai Chi are designed to promote relaxed muscle control, improved balance and blood circulation throughout the body. This type of gentle movement is safe and effective exercise for those with arthritis, high blood pressure, or balance and coordination problems. Class is great for beginners and meets once a week.
